Cant download .net framework 3.5 through dism. Cant add it in add remove features. Cant download from microsofts site. Cant download the iso to mount it and point it to the framework. Thus I cant fix this program needed for our Admin to do tax work with the program that needs it. YAY! Glad I wasted an hour trying everything to figure out there is an outage.
