The idea behind Fubo TV is great, but the execution falls short. Picture quality drops randomly, especially during live events. I tried resolving this through customer support, but the troubleshooting steps were very basic. I also searched for the Fubo TV phone number, but direct help was hard to find.

I’m really disappointed with Fubo TV. Several of my favorite channels were removed without notice, and the subscription price stayed the same. It took nearly an entire day—from 11:00 AM to almost 7:00 PM—just to resolve a simple billing issue with FuboTV. I had called back in September to move my billing date and was assured it was handled. Yet my payment was still taken early. When I called to fix it, I was stuck with an irritating AI system, long hold times, and a promised callback that never happened. After hours of waiting and repeating myself, I finally reached a real person. The entire experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable for a paid service.

My biggest issue with FuboTV has been the constant changes in channel availability. Channels that were advertised when I signed up suddenly disappeared without any warning, and some of the replacements are channels I never watch. Several regional sports and entertainment channels I relied on are now locked behind expensive add-ons. Customer support gave vague answers and no real solution. FuboTV has been extremely frustrating due to constant streaming and playback issues. Shows frequently freeze, buffer for long periods, or suddenly stop playing altogether, even with a strong internet connection. Live sports are the worst—important moments get interrupted or degrade into blurry video. Restarting the app only fixes the problem temporarily. For a service that’s priced at a premium, this level of unreliable performance is unacceptable and disappointing. It completely takes the enjoyment out of watching live content.

Fubo TV customer service completely failed to resolve my billing issue. The subscription automatically renewed without permission, and refund requests were ignored. The support chat repeatedly responded without a solution. The indifference to customer satisfaction is both annoying and insulting. It certainly wasn't a smooth process.
