Iâve contacted Norton support 5â6 times regarding an unresolved behavioral protection issue. My case was escalated, but support claimed they couldnât reach me, despite me providing three working phone numbers. Iâve received seven emails stating the same, and then the ticket was closed without resolution. This is by far the worst customer support Iâve ever experienced. The product issue remains, and the support process has been frustrating and completely unhelpful.

Pop-Ups & Poor Customer Experience
I used Norton for a year, and despite their promises, I continued to receive unwanted pop-up ads. Even after trying to disable them and ultimately not renewing my subscription, the pop-ups continued. I deleted all the Norton files I could find, yet the problem persisted. Their business practices seem intrusive and unreliable. I am very disappointed with the service and will never use Norton again. It is frustrating to deal with software that continues to disturb your computer even after you cancel it.
