Golden Chick

This is the third time we have picked up chicken in the last six weeks. The size of the chicken pieces have been extremely small and there is no reduction in the prices that we pay. The pieces are like half sized chickens. We will not be going back anytime soon for chicken. I should have taken pictures. The chicken strips are excellent although the gravy is much more watered down these days. Also I tried to fill all of this out at the online website and it would not go through due to an error which appeared to be related to a time issue. Thank you.

I went thru the drive thru today, and got two drinks and two rolls . 11/14/2024 These employees are so slow about taking your order thru the drive thru speaker, and when I got up to the window , she still had to make the two drinks and get the rolls . I went to the Golden Chick,#1263, check #5089 and ordered two (2) three (3) piece dark meat meals (one baked chicken and one fried; one side was mashed potatoes and the other a side salad. It is presented on the menu as a wing, thigh, and drumstick with a side and drink. Upon returning home with meal, I had a thigh, drumstick and breast in both meals.I was unable to return the erroneous order to the establishment, as my transportation had departed. That means that I paid for 2 pieces of chicken which could not be eaten. I would like some type of compensation for wasted money which I cannot afford to waste.

Please open a Golden Chick on Williams Drive in Georgetown Texas…they are building a lot of new business buildings!!! We desperately need good fast food options here!!!
