Frontier customer support is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get helpful representatives, but most of the time, the person on the other end barely understands the issue. Poor customer support and communication
Frontier technical support is almost non-existent. Every time I call the Frontier phone number, Iām put on hold for long periods or told my issue ārequires escalation,ā yet no one ever follows up. Customer support does not provide clear guidance, and simple problems take days to solve. For a company charging premium prices, this lack of support is unacceptable.

Frontier internet rarely performs as promised. Speeds are inconsistent, connections drop without warning, and streaming is nearly impossible at times. I contacted Frontier customer support several times and even spoke with technical support, but no solution has worked. Calling the Frontier phone number results in long holds and repeated transfers. Frontier TV / Channel Issues
Frontier channel lineup is unreliable. Several channels that were supposed to be included in my plan suddenly stopped working, and support didnāt seem to know why. The channel quality also drops to low resolution without warning. I feel like Iām not getting what Iām paying for, and the constant issues ruin the viewing experience.

Frontier completely failed to meet their promised installation timeframe. The technician appointment window came and went with no update, no text, nothing. After calling support, I was told to ākeep waitingā because the tech was still assigned. They never arrived. Iām giving two stars only because the phone reps were polite, but the service itself has been awful.

Poor Customer Service
Dealing with Frontierās customer service has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, Iām transferred multiple times and still donāt get a clear answer. Hold times are long, and representatives often sound rushed or uninterested in actually fixing the issue. I had to explain my problem repeatedly, and it still wasnāt resolved properly. The internet service itself is average at best, but the poor support experience makes everything worse.

My experience with Frontierās router and equipment has been nothing but trouble. The modem randomly disconnects several times a day, forcing constant reboots just to get the internet back. Wi-Fi coverage is weak, even in nearby rooms, and simple updates take forever. Iāve had technicians replace the equipment, but the problems always return.
