Cox App / Website Not Working
I rely on the Cox app to monitor my internet, but lately it won’t load anything. The website constantly errors out too. Tech support suggested reinstalling the app—which I’ve done repeatedly with no improvement. customer support wasn’t helpful, and calling the Cox phone number only led to more waiting. On-Demand Not Loading or Buffering
Cox needs to seriously improve their On-Demand service. Shows pause to buffer constantly, and sometimes the screen just goes black. Calling the Cox phone number gets me bounced between departments, and tech support seems clueless about the real cause. Customer support apologized but didn’t fix anything. Outdated or Faulty Equipment
Cox provided equipment that feels years behind what other providers offer. My modem constantly loses connection, and the tech who came out admitted it was an older model they “still use.” Replacements didn’t help—just more refurbished units with the same issues. Paying this much for outdated hardware is frustrating and disappointing.

I’m tired of setting up recordings on my Cox DVR and then discovering later that nothing recorded. This has happened too many times to count now. I’ve missed important programs and sporting events because of this issue. Support keeps saying the signal looks fine, yet the problem continues. It’s very disappointing.

Cox internet is being super slow
