Byrne Dairy

I didn’t realize I never stated the location!! It was the Byrne store in South Corning, New York. Unfortunately the store on Pennsylvania Avenue in Elmira is absolutely filthy!!!!!!!!

I have been in several Byrne stores and on Thursday evening between 5 and 6 pm. I received the best service from Sara and a younger lady that was just coming in to help her. The store was very busy, but those two were incredibly helpful and very nice. After 36 years plus of working in retail management, I know that the upper management could care less about the exceptional employees and not acknowledge them, especially regional managers and district managers!! Thanks for your time. I hope these two employees ARE acknowledged!! Jim
