AVG Antivirus has been stuck on the same outdated virus database, and every update attempt fails. I reached out to technical support, but they were slow and couldn’t fix the issue. Even contacting customer support through the AVG Antivirus phone number didn’t help—just long hold times. Not impressed at all.

Setting up AVG Antivirus was far more complicated than it needed to be. The installer failed several times, and even after rebooting, it wouldn’t complete the setup. I contacted technical support, but they only repeated instructions I already tried. Calling the AVG Antivirus phone number didn’t help either, as I was bounced between departments. Not a great experience for new users.

I’ve had nonstop problems using the VPN that comes with AVG Antivirus. It disconnects randomly, slows my internet to a crawl, and sometimes won’t connect at all. I bought the service expecting safer browsing, but instead I spend half my time troubleshooting. Support gave generic steps that didn’t fix anything. Really disappointing for a paid feature.
