Fast Scan (Quick Scan) stuck at 0%

Phishing links not always blocked

I’m disappointed with Sophos Home’s phishing protection. Some dangerous links weren’t blocked, and I only realized the risk after nearly clicking on them. The alerts feel unreliable, and I can’t fully trust the software to keep me safe online. Security is the main reason I use this program, so when phishing links slip through, it’s a serious problem. I hope they improve their detection, because right now it feels inconsistent and frustrating.

No updates and no support

I have not seen any updates of the software being done. And when I tried to log in my work’s VPN, there was a message that my anti virus software hasn’t been updated for a while and was not the latest version. When I asked for Sophos’ support, they said nothing can be done. Very disappointed?

Internet browsing speed

I am not happy with Sophos Home Premium since the problem derived from it is the consequence that the Internet browsing speed is harmful is not fast due to problems of the same that have not solved today and that the same happens to other customers.
