I’ve been trying to access my Yahoo Mail for weeks, but the app keeps freezing every time I open it. Contacting customer support hasn’t helped much, and I can’t seem to get proper technical support. Very frustrating experience.

The Yahoo service has become frustratingly slow. Opening emails or sending messages can take minutes. I contacted technical support, but they couldn’t offer a real solution. Customer support is hard to reach and doesn’t provide timely updates. Not reliable.

Yahoo locked me out of my own email after I changed my phone number. I’ve tried everything to prove my identity, even using different phones, and still no help. Customer support just keeps passing me around. I needed access urgently for my child’s school and got nowhere. Completely disappointed.

Yahoo locked me out of my email by forcing verification through another Yahoo account I can’t access either. It’s an endless loop. The only solution they push is paid support. I lost access to years of personal and business emails overnight. Their recovery system is completely broken and feels intentionally designed to trap users.

I have used Yahoo mail Plus for many years, and suddenly they don't accept any of my debit or credit cards anymore, Neither do they accept my PayPal account. They just continually send me email reminders to pay the amount due, which I try, and just get rejected. I have tried to answer the email and reported on the problem, but no response. I have also tried to call their hotline, but they can only help for customers in the US - and I'm in Europe. Awful service after so many years subscription.
