Norton

Norton seems to cause more problems than it solves. Several essential programs on my computer stop working or crash because of the antivirus protection. I’ve spent hours trying to adjust exceptions, but the conflicts continue. Even after updates and reinstalls, the issues persist. Support responses were generic and unhelpful. I expected reliable protection, but instead, I’ve faced constant frustration and interruptions. Definitely disappointing for software that’s supposed to safeguard my system.

I’ve contacted Norton support 5–6 times regarding an unresolved behavioral protection issue. My case was escalated, but support claimed they couldn’t reach me, despite me providing three working phone numbers. I’ve received seven emails stating the same, and then the ticket was closed without resolution. This is by far the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. The product issue remains, and the support process has been frustrating and completely unhelpful.

Norton’s firewall and network protection. Lately, my internet connection has become unstable, and Norton frequently blocks legitimate programs and websites without explanation. This has caused constant interruptions while working and gaming. I contacted customer support, but the solutions were temporary and didn’t address the core problem. For a paid service, I expected reliable protection, but instead, I face constant network issues and frustrating restrictions. Overall, this service has been very disappointing and far below expectations.

I used Norton for a year, and despite their promises, I continued to receive unwanted pop-up ads. Even after trying to disable them and ultimately not renewing my subscription, the pop-ups continued. I deleted all the Norton files I could find, yet the problem persisted. Their business practices seem intrusive and unreliable. I am very disappointed with the service and will never use Norton again. It is frustrating to deal with software that continues to disturb your computer even after you cancel it.
