Spicy Wings 12 ct
I went through the drive thru not long ago to bring home a chicken pot pie and 12 ct spicy wings. When got home, I discovered the wings were cold and dry. I live less than ten minutes away. I tried to eat it and even share with my dog but not favorable. I was at the Franklin location. My check number is 66. Iād like to be reimbursed please. I travel here again but will check the food. Dejean, W is such a positive respectful drive thur employee I seen in a long time. She was in good spirit and definitely makes me want to return to this establishment.

recent visit
I recently purchased two 12 PC dinners. I had a weekly special for 40.99 with code WLBFEB. I have previously used this several times at the M120 and Causeway, N. Muskegon location. They told me they could not honor that and I had to pay full price of 50.39 for each 12 PC dinner. They did give me a phone number of a local manager. I called the number and the manager proceeded to tell me they have never honored that coupon. He also called me Hon which I did not appreciate. I told him I use those coupons all the time in N. Muskegon location. He proceeded to tell me that they do not honor them. That is not true. I get The Buyer's Guide that always has that ad in it. This particular one expires June 30, 2025. I would like to know why they keep coming out in the Buyer's Guide and then be told they cannot honor them.

BAD EVERYTHING
I ordered lunch to take back to work to eat, once I got to work I couldn't believe how nasty the food was!! The chicken was very hard, but also wet due to the fact they put the inedible corn in the same spot in the container as the chicken. The potato wedges were mushy and the biscuit was hard!! I called what I was told was the contact number and was told to bring the food back to them! We'll like i said i was at work!! I will NEVER go back!!

On Wednesday, October 30 I visited this restaurant. With my daughter and granddaughter. While dining in that evening, we overheard how the lady manager in the middle packing. The orders was speaking very disrespectful and harshly to the staff upfront keep in mind. The young man had a whole line of cars at drive-through and a whole lobby full of people she was yelling at him. Why are the orders still sitting up there and see what that lady wants had that been myself I wouldāve cussed her out and walked out on her. Thatās how disrespectful she was speaking to her staff or coworkers. The young man upfront was doing a wonderful job and his coworker running drive thru weeāre doing an amazing job upfront the lady in that back. She doesnāt need to be in a position of leadership or she needs some help communicating because she was treating them like dirt and scum, and everyone in that restaurant that night overheard the same thing!

Dissatisfied customer
Leeās chicken gave me the wrong order. I called the manager who hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes for my order. The chicken skin was hard and dry. The biscuit was also hard. I will never go back unless I receive an apology from the rude manager. I told him I was unable to return to the store and he said if I didnāt come he wouldnāt do anything and hung up the phone. I give Leeās a zero rating
