Hulu’s offline viewing feature has been a huge disappointment. I download shows expecting to watch them later without internet, but half the time the downloads fail or disappear without warning. Hulu has been the most frustrating streaming app I've ever used. It constantly crashes, freezes, and shuts down for no apparent reason. Customer support tried to blame my TV, saying it was "too old," yet all other streaming apps work perfectly fine. After we got off cable, my husband wanted to use Hulu mostly for hockey, but the experience has been terrible. I often have to restart it five or more times to play a single show. It's very frustrating.
