Poor Customer Service
Dealing with Frontier’s customer service has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I’m transferred multiple times and still don’t get a clear answer. Hold times are long, and representatives often sound rushed or uninterested in actually fixing the issue. I had to explain my problem repeatedly, and it still wasn’t resolved properly. The internet service itself is average at best, but the poor support experience makes everything worse.

Frequent Technical Glitches
Frontier service has been plagued with nonstop technical problems. My connection randomly drops throughout the day, and the modem often needs to be reset just to get back online. Simple activities like browsing, video calls, or streaming become unreliable and frustrating. Outages happen without warning, and updates from Frontier are either delayed or unclear. When I contact support, the fixes rarely last long. What should be a stable internet service instead feels unpredictable and stressful to depend on every day.

Internet Service Outages
Frontier internet service has become extremely unreliable in my area. The connection drops without warning several times a week, sometimes for hours at a time. Working from home has turned into a constant struggle because video calls disconnect and files fail to upload. Each time I contact customer support, I’m given vague answers or told the issue is “being investigated,” with no real timeline for a fix. Paying monthly for a service that works inconsistently is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Router & Equipment Issues
My experience with Frontier’s router and equipment has been nothing but trouble. The modem randomly disconnects several times a day, forcing constant reboots just to get the internet back. Wi-Fi coverage is weak, even in nearby rooms, and simple updates take forever. I’ve had technicians replace the equipment, but the problems always return. Customer service keeps blaming “signal issues” without providing a real fix. For a service I pay monthly for, dealing with unreliable hardware like this is extremely frustrating and exhausting.
