Dish Network multiple times to resolve a simple billing question, but every call was a struggle. Long wait times, repeated transfers, and no real answers. Dish Network DVR has been unreliable for months. Scheduled recordings often fail without any warning, and sometimes the receiver freezes completely and needs a full reboot. I’ve missed several shows because of this. Support walks me through the same basic steps every time, but the problem always returns. For what the service costs, this is very disappointing.

I’ve repeatedly lost satellite signal with DISH — sometimes for hours, often during bad weather. The dish goes out mid-show or channels freeze, and resetting the receiver becomes part of daily routine. Technical support is nearly impossible to reach, and even when they send a tech, signal issues remain unresolved. After 10+ years, I finally quit — not worth the frustration.

I have been experiencing ongoing billing issues with Dish Network.
