Channel Disputes & Blackouts
DirecTV used to be decent, but the constant channel disputes are exhausting. Channels I regularly watch suddenly disappear with no notice, and sometimes they stay gone for weeks. Iām still expected to pay full price during blackouts, which feels unfair. Customer service just gives scripted answers with no real timeline. For the price, this level of instability is disappointing.

Billing Errors & Overcharges
DirecTVās billing system is unreliable. I was charged for a service I had already canceled, and it took weeks of calls to finally get a refund. Even after that, I still donāt fully trust my monthly statement. No customer should have to constantly double-check just to make sure they arenāt being overcharged. Itās stressful and frustrating.

Remote Control Not Working
Using my DirecTV remote has been a frustrating experience. Thereās a noticeable delay when pressing buttons, and sometimes commands donāt register at all. Watching live TV feels slow and annoying because of it. Customer service tried to help but couldnāt fully resolve the issue. Definitely not what I expected.

Horrible customer service ā long waits, unhelpful reps and repeated transfers. I was told a supervisor would call me back about a billing problem, but no one ever did. The support agents often speak in heavy accents, making it nearly impossible to understand them. Even after returning equipment and cancelling service, they kept charging me.

I am extremely disappointed with Dish Networkās technical support. My service constantly experiences outages, signal interruptions, and issues with DVR recordings. Every time I reach out to customer support, I face long wait times and inconsistent guidance from different representatives. Scheduled technician visits often donāt solve the problems, leaving me frustrated and wasting time. The repeated technical failures make using the service stressful rather than enjoyable. Dish Network needs to improve reliability and support.
