Keyboard / touchpad / input issues
Dell laptop just to get basic input to work properly. The touchpad randomly clicks on things I never selected, and the keyboard occasionally stops registering keystrokes altogether. Using an external mouse and keyboard shouldn’t be necessary for a newer device. I expected better build quality and reliability from Dell, but this has been a frustrating daily struggle.

Connectivity & Peripheral Issues
Using peripherals with my Dell computer has been a constant struggle. My monitor randomly goes blank, USB accessories stop responding, and docking station connections fail without warning. These issues happen almost daily and make it impossible to work smoothly. I reached out for help and spent hours troubleshooting with no real fix. For the price paid, these ongoing hardware and connectivity problems are unacceptable.

Subject: Battery & Power Problems
My Dell battery life has gotten worse with every update. What used to last several hours now barely survives a single meeting. On top of that, the laptop sometimes refuses to recognize the power adapter and gives warning messages during startup. I’ve tried different outlets and chargers, but nothing helped. For the price of a Dell laptop, these power issues are extremely disappointing.

Display & Graphics Issues
My Dell system has been suffering from persistent graphics problems for months now. The screen occasionally shows strange lines, brightness fluctuates on its own, and videos stutter badly. Gaming performance has dropped significantly due to sudden frame drops and screen tearing. Even simple applications lag because of unstable graphics behavior. I also experience frequent crashes when using graphic-intensive software. These issues make the laptop frustrating to use and raise concerns about its display and GPU reliability. Very poor Service dell.

Delayed Technical Support Response
Dell’s technical support response time is extremely slow. I raised a ticket for a serious laptop issue and waited days without any proper update. Every time I contacted support, I was told to wait another 24–48 hours. This delay caused major work disruption. Very disappointing support experience from Dell.

Order / shipment problems
Dell’s order system is a complete mess. My shipment got delayed twice with no notice. Contacted customer service multiple times, but every representative gave a different story. The tracking page is useless, and no one takes responsibility. Really poor experience for such a big brand. Not satisfied with Dell’s customer service at all.
