Even though the router appears connected, the internet becomes unusable due to DNS failures. Cox internet is being super slow
Cox internet has become incredibly slow, making simple browsing frustrating and streaming nearly impossible. The connection drops randomly, and nothing loads on time. Reaching customer service doesn’t help either—they keep giving the same scripted replies without fixing anything. Paying premium prices for such unreliable performance is disappointing. Cox seriously needs to improve both speed and support.

Cox customer service is extremely difficult to access. Long wait times, repetitive menus, and untrained agents make the issue even worse. Every attempt to get help turns into wasted time with no real solution. The company promises support but delivers nothing close to reliable assistance. A very disappointing experience overall.
