I’m tired of setting up recordings on my Cox DVR and then discovering later that nothing recorded. This has happened too many times to count now. I’ve missed important programs and sporting events because of this issue. Support keeps saying the signal looks fine, yet the problem continues. It’s very disappointing.

For over a month now, DNS server errors have been disrupting my connection daily. Streaming freezes, websites won’t open, and online classes get disconnected suddenly. Nothing stays stable for long. Even though the router appears connected, the internet becomes unusable due to DNS failures. This ongoing issue has turned a basic internet requirement into a daily struggle and made the service very unreliable for regular use.

Cox internet has become incredibly slow, making simple browsing frustrating and streaming nearly impossible. The connection drops randomly, and nothing loads on time. Reaching customer service doesn’t help either—they keep giving the same scripted replies without fixing anything. Paying premium prices for such unreliable performance is disappointing. Cox seriously needs to improve both speed and support.

Cox customer service is extremely difficult to access. Long wait times, repetitive menus, and untrained agents make the issue even worse. Every attempt to get help turns into wasted time with no real solution. The company promises support but delivers nothing close to reliable assistance. A very disappointing experience overall.
