When service goes down, it stays down for hours with almost no useful updates. The outage tracker keeps changing the restore time, which makes planning impossible. I work from home and these constant disruptions affect my productivity. The communication during outages is just as bad as the outages themselves.

Comcast (Xfinity) keeps having frequent disruptions with my TV and internet service. Shows cut out, buffering is constant, and sometimes my phone service drops altogether. Every time I call, it takes forever to get through and the solution is temporary at best. Very frustrating for paying customers.

Dealing with Comcast (Xfinity) has been extremely disappointing. Service changes occurred without proper explanation, and trying to cancel my contract became a frustrating cycle of transfers and misinformation. Customer service was slow to respond, and resolving billing issues took far longer than necessary. Overall, it felt like the process was deliberately cumbersome and stressful for customers.

Worst WiFi Service
Completely disappointed with Xfinity’s internet service. The connection drops multiple times a day, and speeds are nowhere near what was promised. I’ve contacted support several times, but nothing really gets fixed. For the high price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable.

Unclear / limited free technical support window
The technical support window is extremely limited, and customer service refuses to clarify anything. Every time I reach out, they bounce me between agents who offer no real answers.
