My family and I eat a Chicken Express every Wednesday night. We call it Chicken night. I went the Chicken Express in Wichita Falls Texas on Taft Blvd. to order and pick up our food. We had four orders I always get a Managers special with two legs for my 5 year old grandson. I was told this time I could get a managers special with two legs. I explained to the cashier Iāve been ordering this way for a long time. She called over another employee I guess a shift leader. I explained this to her. She told me you never got a managers special here with two legs. I told her yes I did. She told me she didnāt have to serve me. I told her she didnāt have to be so rude to me! She then told me I shouldnāt lie to try to get something cheaper. I was speechless she said this to me. I ask her for her name and she said I donāt have to tell you that. She is heavy set with black hair.

Made a $55.71 order at Whitehouse, TX. When credit card statement came, I had been charged $62.10. Went back, was refunded 6.39.
I don't think the over charge was an accident.
You may have a problem at the Whitehouse store.

The service at the Angleton Texas location is horrible had to wait 27 minutes for my order the chicken preparation area was dirty and the employees were not wearing hairnets all of them exposed their nasty looking hair to the food they were preparing when having the public wait SO LONG you should reward them with a desert or something.I plan on showing a video of there condition there online to discourage others from going to this location.If the upper management would like to speak with me you have my email until I plan on showing the public what that place looks like and the failure to maintain a clean establishment

Terrible service! I went in Sunday evening at 6:10PM and placed an order for a Chicken Tenders meal. The young girl said sorry but we are out of tenders unless you want to wait 10-12 minutes! I did not because my wife is in the hospital and I was in a hurry to get back. I asked how long livers would take and she said 5 minutes, so I took those. At the window I saw a young girl who looked about 16-17 yeras old. I paid her and asked how they could be out of tenders a very good seller on a Sunday evening at dinner time? Her reply was only that they had been busy??? The parking lot contained NO cars and only one in front of me in the drive thru-waiting for their food. It seemed like very poor planning to me. When she brought out my order she was short an extra gravy that I requested TWICE when I ordered. I asked he if the extra gravy was in the single box she brought me? A second female brought out the gravy and I asked for the Managers name to make a complaint and she refused to tell me!
